While growing up I lived in many different places and situations. In doing so I had the chance to experience things that not every normal kid gets to. I thought all these experiences like playing bass in a rock band and being a part of the FFA (Future Farmers of America) didn't amount to much, but I remember a wise man once told me that your eyes are like a camera. That is to say everything you see creates a near picturesque memory, and a picture is worth a thousand words.
My work experience began with minor responsibilities like feeding hay and building fence in the summer while I was still in high school. It wasn't glamorous work, but I did learn the pleasures of starting and finishing a project. Then when I went to college (the first time) I got an education in Diesel Mechanics Technology. However I soon found out that working on big trucks had its fun parts, it wasn’t the challenge that I was looking for. As time went on, I found a job with a band of traveling construction workers. I learned a good deal about team work, but also I learned how to make sound decisions on my own. Plus I saw quite a bit of America.
Now-a-days I have earned a bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design from the Art Center Design College and am currently working in the field. I find that everyday has something new and challenging enough to make me strive for excellence. |
